Robbots work inside your business tools, so we keep access small and keep you in charge. Here is what that means in practice.

Read-only to start

When you connect a tool, we start with read access wherever the tool allows it. We ask for more access only when a task needs it, and only after you agree. Some tools, such as Ramp, stay read-only.

Where a tool offers its own sign-in (OAuth), you connect through it and can revoke access from that tool's settings at any time. Where a tool doesn't, we agree with you how access is set up, and any credentials are kept in a restricted password vault, not in email or documents.

Payments and customer emails wait for your approval

Robbots draft the work: invoice reminders, replies, job updates and notes. Anything that pays money or sends an email to one of your customers is held for your approval first. You can approve it, edit it or stop it.

Every action is logged

We record what each agent did and when. If you want to see what happened on your account, ask us and we'll show you.

Your data stays yours

We use your data only to do the work you ask for. You can disconnect any tool at any time, and you can ask us to delete the data we hold for you. See our Privacy notice for details.

AI models

Our agents use third-party AI models, currently Anthropic's Claude. The information needed for a task is sent to the model provider to do that task, under the provider's business terms. Ask us if you'd like the current list of providers.
